HILLSDALE HIGH ARTISTS OPEN SHOW...

...with daring, cutting edge art...

We found the art opening party a top notch event at the Firehouse gallery North.
This was the night all peeps of Hillsdale High of San Matteo showing their work, with Cindy Lynch as their teacher and mentor, were just "ARTISTS"...forget about any other names people like to call young people at this stage of their game.

Highlights of the night were spoken words by Liz Greene and Berkeley based MC / DJ TZAR BOMB celebrating a mixtape release: "...this one's by the youth, but for the community..."

Here is what Tom Franco asks the young artists after having had the experience of having an art show in a gallery:
"What is your art going to look like after you graduate from college?"
"Are you going to continue to make art after college?"
"How does making art makes you feel?"

From all of us at the Firehouse Art collaborative:
"KEEP GOING, YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!"
