With painting and live music
performance working together to express the evolution of meaning through
figurative deconstruction, this is more of a multimodal experience rather than
a typical art opening.
Inspired by deteriorating, broken
and often vandalized figurative sculpture, this show poses questions of
meaning, and highlights the fact that what is not there can often become more
interesting than what is.
