FIREHOUSE ART COLLECTIVE is pleased to announce its coming up street art walk located right in the heart of the Gilman District, THE GILMAN ART WALK (GAW) is an independent community-focused showcase of local artist hosted by Tom Franco & The Firehouse Art Collective, Sponsored by NUG & BLICK ART MATERIALS. We strive to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, connecting local business, artists, and art lovers.
Come and join us this Sunday March 24th from 12:00pm to 5:00pm, a street closure of 9th ( between Gilman St & Camelia St) will be the center of our art event. A day of arts and entertainment, featuring some of the most influential street dancers (TURF INC) putting on an all-female dance battle, music provided by DJ’s and live musical acts, delicious tastes from Berkeley permitted food trucks Curbside Kitchen, Royal Egyptian Cuisine and Taco Oaxaco and a whole booth area showcasing some of our greatest local artist and business.
